INX Academy is a Candidate for Accreditation with the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA-CESS). Candidacy status indicates that the institution is actively engaged in the accreditation review process and demonstrates alignment with eligibility requirements and standards; however, candidacy does not constitute accreditation and does not guarantee eventual accreditation https://members.msa-cess.org/

State Authorization
INX Academy is approved to operate by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) under the provisions of the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009. BPPE approval authorizes the institution to offer specific educational programs in the State of California but does not constitute accreditation.

SEVP Certification
INX Academy is certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) to enroll nonimmigrant students in F-1 status for programs listed on the institution’s Form I-17.
Program Approvals
Specific programs offered by INX Academy may be subject to additional approvals or recognition by external bodies. Approval, accreditation, or eligibility may vary by program and by student visa category. Prospective students should consult admissions for current eligibility and authorization status.
F-1 eligibility is determined by SEVP certification and the institution’s approved Form I-17. Not all programs may be available to F-1 students at all times.
