* Participation in workforce or grant-funded programs applies to eligible domestic students and does not determine F-1 student eligibility.

• United States Workforce Innovative Opportunity Act (WIOA) San Diego Workforce 
• Department of Defense SkillBridge participation is limited to eligible service members and is separate from academic and SEVP-approved programs.
• INX Academy approval to operate as a private postsecondary educational institution in the State of California is based on provisions of the California Private Postsecondary Education Act (CPPEA) of 2009.
• INX Academy is currently approved to operate by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE).
• California Department of Education Cal-Jobs Program CalJOBS 
  Participation in employment-related or workforce programs does not imply authorization for F-1 student enrollment.
