Approvals, Funding Programs, and Institutional Participation

INX Academy is authorized to participate in selected state, federal, military, international-student, and third-party educational programs that may provide tuition assistance, workforce funding, education benefits, or enrollment opportunities to eligible students.

Participation in any funding, benefits, or student-status program does not guarantee admission, eligibility, payment, visa approval, or full tuition coverage. Eligibility is determined by the applicable government agency, military branch, workforce organization, or third-party provider.

Student and Exchange Visitor Program

INX Academy is certified by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program, commonly known as SEVP, to enroll eligible F-1 international students in approved programs at authorized school locations.

SEVP certification permits an eligible school official to issue the Form I-20, Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status, to qualified students who have been admitted to an approved program.

SEVP certification does not guarantee:

• Admission to INX Academy

• Issuance of an F-1 visa

• Entry into the United States

• Approval of a change or reinstatement of status

• Eligibility for every program offered by the school

• Approval of employment authorization or other immigration benefits

F-1 students may enroll only in programs and at locations authorized under INX Academy’s current SEVP certification and approved Form I-17.

International applicants must satisfy the school’s admissions, financial-documentation, academic, English-language, and immigration-document requirements before a Form I-20 may be issued.

Final decisions regarding visas, admission to the United States, changes of status, reinstatement, employment authorization, and other immigration matters are made by the appropriate U.S. government agency.

Students should contact the INX Academy International Admissions Office or a Designated School Official to confirm current F-1 program availability and eligibility.

Veterans Affairs Education Benefits

INX Academy is approved to provide selected certificate programs to eligible veterans, service members, spouses, and dependents using qualifying U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs education benefits.

Only programs specifically approved by the applicable State Approving Agency and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs may be certified for VA education benefits.

Eligibility for VA education benefits, benefit amounts, remaining entitlement, tuition payments, and housing allowances are determined by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Students interested in using VA education benefits should contact the INX Academy School Certifying Official before enrolling to confirm:

• Whether the selected program is currently approved for VA education benefits

• Which courses may be certified

• Required enrollment and eligibility documentation

• Attendance and academic-progress requirements

• The student’s responsibilities throughout the certification process

INX Academy does not determine a student’s eligibility for VA education benefits and cannot guarantee that benefits will cover all tuition, fees, books, supplies, or living expenses.

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act

INX Academy is an approved training provider for selected programs through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, commonly known as WIOA, and the San Diego Workforce Partnership.

Eligible participants may qualify for workforce-funded training based on program availability, Career Center assessment, funding requirements, and individual eligibility.

Participation does not guarantee funding, admission, completion, certification, or employment.

CalJOBS

Selected INX Academy programs may be listed through CalJOBS, California’s employment and workforce-services system.

A program’s inclusion in CalJOBS does not guarantee admission, funding, employment, professional certification, or eligibility for any individual student.

Department of Defense SkillBridge

INX Academy participates in the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, where applicable.

SkillBridge participation is limited to eligible service members who receive authorization from their military command.

Participation in SkillBridge is separate from:

• VA education benefits

• F-1 international-student enrollment

• SEVP-approved programs

• WIOA or other workforce-funded programs

SkillBridge participation does not automatically establish eligibility for VA education benefits or any other form of educational funding.

California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education

INX Academy is approved to operate as a private postsecondary educational institution in the State of California.

Approval to operate is granted by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education under the provisions of the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009.

Approval to operate means that INX Academy has met the minimum state standards required for operation under applicable California law.

Important Eligibility Notice

Participation in workforce, veteran, military, grant-funded, international-student, or employment-related programs applies only to students who satisfy the requirements of the applicable program.

Participation in WIOA, CalJOBS, SkillBridge, or VA education-benefit programs does not establish eligibility for F-1 student enrollment.

Similarly, SEVP certification and F-1 eligibility do not establish eligibility for workforce funding, SkillBridge participation, or VA education benefits.
